Re: Font colour in the widget

Yes, the picture/avatar/icon may be any colour, in which case the Font colour I choose may not work. So if I pick a font colour of black, and one of my person icons is Black, I will not be able to read it in that case as well. But then I could try a font colour of Orange. None of my friends have an ...

Re: Font colour in the widget

Here is what the Home screen widget looks like. The shop "Simply ...bedrooms" has a white-ish icon. But the font is also white. So it can be difficult to read in these cases.

Re: Font colour in the widget

Here are my settings: Screenshot_2016-11-06-00-48-50.png I've worked around it by putting the text BELOW the image, and making the background black, so that the white text always shows clearly. Its still a mystery tho, as to what that setting does: -> Theme settings -> Grid View settings -> Text col...

Font colour in the widget

There is no way to change the font colour in the home screen widget.

There is a setting for the font under:
* Theme settings
* Grid View settings
* Text colour

but this doesn't affect the widget.

With the default colour of white, I can't read the text on my dial avatars in the widget!

How to customise the Quick Contact Badge?

I can't find where to customise the Quick Contact Badge. That badge is handy because when you click on a widget person or a name in a list you just want a very limited choice of things to do, like phone one of 2 or 3 numbers or send a text. If you want more options you can always click on the avatar...

Widget: option to invoke app

(I would have attached this to my last suggestion, but its pending moderation!) Where the user has elected to retain the Widget Title Bar, give the option that touching the Title Bar will invoke DW Contacts the generic application, as opposed to touching a user and getting a specific person. Why? Be...

Widget Options Management

1. Relocate the Options menu for the Widget from the Title Bar to be part of the DW Application Options menu. This is more consistent, (although it is less context sensitive). 2. Give an option to have "No Widget Box Title Bar". Why? Well, my 4x4 widget is fine in Portrait mode, but when I...
