DWPro continues to display/select deleted CardDAV account's categories. How 2 delete them?
I've DWPro v3.0.7.2. I've a CardDAV account set up, connecting to a remote server (Radicale). DWP sees the contacts from the account. In the account, I created a number of categories, then changed/deleted a few. In every other client of the CardDAV account, apps only see the remaining categories -- ...
