Yes devin, now we got it. I didn't klick on 'Neue Nachricht', I only checked it.
When I configure there, it works.

I'm afraid, you can't help me. As you can see in my second picture I have checked what you mentioned ('Neue Nachricht').
Perhaps it is a special case with my Sony Xperia xz1 compact.

Hi devin, when I turn the ringtone to 'None' in the general phone settings, than, inspite of that, the internal ringtone-settings in 'Threema' and 'Signal' work well. I misspoke. I diddn't mean the ringtone for Incoming calls. I meant the ringtone for sms. I have activated the ringtone in sms&Email-settings and it doesn't work if i have the Standard ringtone turned to None in the general phone Settings.
