When using create appointment all info is carried over including contact notes to description. Can I turn this off? too much information for nothing. All user fields phone numbers notes are all there...

Also would it be possible to add instead in description the word.. link: and the contact name so this will permit to sync with the actual contact in sage act. Only one doing this right now is dejaoffice.
this is an example received from companionlink...

While you're scheduling the event on the device, in the event notes type "Link: ContactName", where ContactName is the name of the contact you want it linked to, exactly as it appears in ACT!
For example, if you want to link to Mickey Mouse, it would be:
Link: Mickey Mouse
When CompanionLink syncs, it will link the event and the contact in ACT!

So when choosing a contact and clicking create appointment all that needs to be done is in the description part the word link: and the name of the contact appear. other information in description can still be there. Act and companionlink will look for the word link: and the name to sync to right contact in act...
