Cloud Storage

Post by lioncast »

It would be of great help to be able to sync contacts or adress book with pc and cloud, like catch.com or evernote; in case phone gets stolen or broken. And also to be more easier to update contact list on pc.

Hi there,

I suggest Google Contacts as a satisfactory Cloud backup of your contacts.

It's not perfect, but it works very well. (Changes are reflected very quickly, for example.) And it's free (if you have free 3G, or a WiFi connection to the Internet).

I use it as a near-real-time Backup, and to get Contact data into and out of my phone - though it has definite limitations in the latter respect.

Cheers,
A
