GMail Custom Fields - How do I synch to DWC?

To whom may be listening, many thanks in advance for any help.

I can see how to put in a new custom field in DWC, say an additional phone number, into/which I can enter data. Also, as we know, we can add custom fields to GMail accounts. How do I synchronize data between the two?

In particularly, I have several additional 'texting related' phone numbers for all my contacts, and I'd like these downloaded to the phone / DW Contacts.

Any ideas?

Hello
The custom field is not the system supports.
However, a contact can store multiple phone numbers.

Thanks for the reply, good to know. And yes, through 'back synching' into GMail I noticed that numbers are coming up as 'custom' additional phone numbers, just as you say.

So now my problem shifts to Zoho CRM, where the GMail synch app does not seem to want to support these 'additional phone numbers', i.e. it seems to support / synchs to 'custom fields' only. So I have a misalignment in what each piece of software can handle.

Just FYI re: folks like me whose data is coming from Zoho CRM,

try to stay on the stock fields, otherwise you will be not lucky on sync processes :)
