Option to disable contacts name in grid view

Thanks for add this in new 2.4.1.1 but there is a problem. When i change "Name lines" in settings and apply, nothing change until I restart DW.

It looks like there is a compatibility issue.Under normal circumstances, any one setting changes.Will the DWC automatically restart you exit the setting.

But the strange thing is that I do not have to do the relevant changes. Please try to uninstall and then reinstall it.

ok i understand...
If I disable option "Settings/Global settings/Resides in memory", it's ok and changes are apply when i exit settings.
(when i tested with test version, i used default settings)
