Could you please add Latvian language to the T9-search?

Here is the alphabet: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Latvian_alphabet

The letters on the keyboard should be the same as for English alphabet, but the T9-search should consider national symbols when searchnig, so that when one taps 6(MNO)-1(ABC)-7(PQRS), names "Māris" and "Maša" are matched.

The name for the language in the list should be "Latviešu"
