How to create SUB-groups ???

Post by JoePhoto »

I am in Real Estate so I want a "RE" group ...

But under that I want Buyers Active, Buyers Prospects, Sellers Active, Sellers Prospects, RE agent Associates, RE Agents, RE Brokers, Loan Agents, Loan Companies, RE Business Assoicates, RE Appraisers, Title Companies, Reverse Mortgage PROSPECTS, Reverse Mortgage ACTIVE, Reverse Mortgages CLOSED, RE clients CLOSED, etc.

I also have several other businesses, and need similar sub-contact groups under each of those.

I am in a dance group and have many "friends" associated with that I would like to keep separate from other friends.

I purchase from E-Bay and need a contact list for many "seller-stores" there.

SO ... the QUESTION ... HOW do I create "sub"-groups under each of those, (and other) main group headings ???

Hello
Group Editor in the DWC provides. Contains a parent group option. You can set the parent group when editing group or create a group.

I've done this a number of times. Create the SUB groups first, then create the PARENT group (empty, no contacts). Long press each of the SUB group names and go into EDIT. Now nominate the PARENT GROUP. Done.
