Font colour in the widget

There is no way to change the font colour in the home screen widget.

There is a setting for the font under:
* Theme settings
* Grid View settings
* Text colour

but this doesn't affect the widget.

With the default colour of white, I can't read the text on my dial avatars in the widget!

Here are my settings:

I've worked around it by putting the text BELOW the image, and making the background black, so that the white text always shows clearly.

Its still a mystery tho, as to what that setting does:
-> Theme settings -> Grid View settings -> Text colour

because I've set mine to orange, yet orange text shows:
* neither in the widget on the homescreen
* nor in the 'Grid View' tab of DW.

Here is what the Home screen widget looks like. The shop "Simply ...bedrooms" has a white-ish icon. But the font is also white. So it can be difficult to read in these cases.

Hello
But the picture may be any color, even if the custom text color will also affect.

Yes, the picture/avatar/icon may be any colour, in which case the Font colour I choose may not work.

So if I pick a font colour of black, and one of my person icons is Black, I will not be able to read it in that case as well. But then I could try a font colour of Orange. None of my friends have an icon of orange, so I know that will be readable.

BUT, my point is that I cannot change the Font colour AT ALL! No matter what setting I change, that font colour stays white.
