如果我在联系人选项卡中选择"所有联系人"，它不会记住所选内容再次，如果我重新打开 dw 联系人。（即是每次我需要选择要显示的所有联系人的所有联系人）

If i select "All contacts" in the contacts tab,it doesn't remembers the selection again if i reopen dw contacts.(i.e is every time i need to select all contacts to display all the contacts)

是的现在不会记住它。不过您可以通过修改设置让它显示所有联系人在启动时。
全局设置 -> 联系人显示过滤
Global settings -> Contact display filtering
选中所有的复选框在这个设置中。

Even after i select, all in - contact display filtering(in the three options),it doesn't remember.

Maybe some contact is not included in any of the groups. You can try to add all the contacts to a group. Then choose to display the group.
