Hi!

I have a problem: codes like *#06# for the IMEI do not work with DWP.

I know, there is an security issue with such codes,

"The problem with control codes is that the dialler executes them without requiring confirmation, whether they are typed into the on-screen keyboard by the user or passed to the dialler from a tel: URL on a web page."

but the solution, which all phone producers use is to avoid to ask for an confirmation. But DWP does not use these codes at all.

It not related, and you mentioned information.
Just DWC to not implement this feature.
If you need to see IMEI. Go to System Settings - About phone - Status Information

it isn't for IMEI only, there are many usefull codes like *#*#7378423#*#* for service menu (on Xperia) and so on.

So it would be very helpfull to get these functionality. Please!
