Open Backup Manager and a list of previous backups is displayed, ordered by date and time. Long Press a backup in the list and then Delete and that backup is removed from the list. However, in the file system the containing folder still shows that backup, it has not been deleted. Over time regular backups are going to fill the file space with redundant files.

File has been deleted, but the file manager does not update the data. Maybe I need to notify the system file system changes. I'll check.
