Contacts added on local PHONE account not displayed

Hello,
My problem is the following: when I add a new contact on my local Android Phone account, it is not displayed on DW contacts but it has been well added because it appears on the Android contacts applications.
I have well checked all accounts on the following DW Contacts menu : PARAMETERS\ global settings \ Account data
I have uninstallled and reinstalled the apps but nothing change.
I have Cyanogen 12.1 16/11/16 (Android 5.1.1)
Does someone have the solution to this problem ?
