Licence check error / online

newest google play store
under "About: 3.0.2.1 pro"

I'm always online on WiFi or mobile network. When starting or trying to make a call the following appears...

"Licence check error. Make sure you can connect to play store"

How can i get rid of that?

Hello
Please try uninstall DWC then reinstall. This is free of charge.
If it still does not work, try to clear Google Play data in Application Manager and then re install the DW Contacts form Google Play.
BTW:
Make sure you do not install Lucky Patcher, etc. cracked software. Previously, a user feedback its problems resolved by uninstalling them.

No LuckyPatcher or similar software installed.

Clearing cache of the play store, uninstalling / fresh installing: nothing seems to solve.

It happens on 2 different phones with CyanogenMod 12.1 and 13.
On the galaxy S4 with CM12.1 it used to work originally, but then stopped already 2-3 months ago.

The other phone with CM13 is a completely fresh instal about a week ago: i installed it as one of the first apps from play store and got at once the error.
Despite that DW seems to work normally as a PRO version, only there always comes this weird nag :o
