Hello,

My colleague is using the latest Pro/Paid version of DW Contacts Android App version 3.0.9.4, and he is having a very weird issue.

Every contact (private, and exchange-synchronized) is shown within DW Contacts as having 3 (three!) birthdays (all having exactly the same date).

My colleague has hundreds of contacts, and almost every day, when someone has a birthday, he gets 3 birthday notifications and this is driving him crazy.

He is using a Samsung phone (I think it is s9).

Could anyone, please, suggest what to do? I cleared the cache of the app, reinstalled it, but the issue remains.

This is a problem with the contact database. Is the contact editor checking all events from the same contact account?

Hi Devin, thank you for your reply.

There are now 2 colleagues (we all work at a hospital) and they have the same issue (3 birthdays) for every contact.

I will try to get screenshots which show this issue and post it here on the forums in the next few days.
