Back up and restore contacts, field GROUP

HTC wrote me that ANDROID export/import contacts does not manage the field ''GROUP'' of the contacts.
Sincerely I do not understand why all is moved exept tris field!
Is it possibile thru DWP to export all the fields (also GROUP) on SD card all the fields and restore on another device?

Sorry DWC does not contain a backup contact features.
One suggestion was to sync contacts to Gmail so you can save the group information. And then synchronized to another mobile phone.
