Where is option to have dial pad and call log show at start?

Hello
DWC provides two icons in the All Programs list. You can use DW dialer to start DWC. It will show the dialpad default.
Simultaneously press the Menu button in the Toolbox can set the default tab when using the DW Contacts icon to start the program.

In the toolbox, you can hold down the "history." In the pop-up menu, then select Create shortcut.

there is no option "create shortcut in the pop-up menu
only actions over wallpapers
