enlarge-increase contact names in the symbol

Hi everybody, i have a small problem with reading the contact names in the different contact-groups i have createt:
they appear very small.
Most of the contacts in the groups have no picture at all so the most important thing for me ist to recognise the contact NAME,not the contact symbol (they are all the same), can you please tell me how to enlarge-increase the contact names within the contact-symbol?
