When I click on a missed call in the Notification area, the Razr opens the stock Contacts/Dialer app. Is there any way I can point that to DW Contacts / Dialer?

maybe you got after installing the option to use DWC, but you clicked on wrong icon,and maybe you also set the default to your stock dialer or your ROM doesn't support it.
the easiest way is to:
1.) backup all settings in DWC (see settings -> Backup & Restore -> Backup settings)
2.) uninstall DWC and all other previous versions of DWC
3.) reboot phone
4.) install DWC again.
5.) restore all settings in DWC (see settings -> Backup & Restore -> Restore settings)
then try it again.
