When I get an income call, the little black box showing who is calling (but without a name) covers the actual call screen that shows the name. Is there a way to fix this?

your stock call screen must show the name - or there is something wrong with your system.
the caller screen must identify the number (if it is stored in phone)
or do you see nothing ?
is this DWC related or your stock call screen ?
(you can try to disable the "background service" in DWC. then try it again.
let me know - if it is then ok, and which system are you using (device, system, ROM, etc)
