[DONE in 2.1] fedback vibration T9 (phone tab)

Hi , vibration feedback on phone tab (number pad) is a bit curious. Its dont vibrate when touch screen, but vibrate when i relased button (so there is little delay). In every other aplication or software keyboard is vibrate feedback always when i touch screen. So i think vibrate feedback directli when i touch is mouch better.
