DWP

After a recent update, I see that DW Contacts now keeps the previous search instead of automatically clearing it for a new search.

I use the T9 search and the alphabetic search. Usually I find the person and call them, finish my call, then back out of DW to my home screen. When I return to the search to find another person, my previous search is still there.

When I exit DW, it should clear the search like it did before.

This is because the DWC has been retained in memory, there is no exit. I will try to optimize it.
Now you can turn off this option.
DWC -> Settings -> Global settings -> Resides in memory

Thank you for looking at this issue. I will disable Resides in Memory, but that will affect performance each time I use DWC. I hope the search can simply be cleared when I back out to the home screen.
