Hi DWP,

Seems another cache update problem has appeared since (or with) V2.2.0.

Now, when I edit a misspelled Contact (Family) Name, the name doesn't update in the Contacts tab, or in the Contact detail view.

It's correct in the Edit Contact view, but not in the Contact detail view.

Stranger still, the error still appears in the Stock Contacts List view, but again, not if I try to Edit the contact.

At this point, I discovered that the DWP Contact Viewer has replaced the Stock Contact viewer, so now, even when I'm in the Stock Contact system, I can't view a Contact using the old stock viewer any more. Can this be fixed?

Anyway, I'm not sure what's wrong with my phone, but the Contact update error is not corrected by powering off. It is still there in the main views, but not there when I try to Edit the contact. Very strange!

Any ideas?

About Contact Name:
Perhaps you are editing a merged contact. The currently displayed contact name you do not have to edit to a combined sub-contacts.

Viewer for Contact:
This is because you are now the DWC contact Viewer set as the default.
You can in the Application Manager, clear the DWC as the default program.
