[FIXED]hide status bar bug /[Fixed]LinkedIn account icon

See attachment for reference:
- The LinkedIn account icon is missing.
- When "hide status bar" is enabled, the status bar disappear but DW is not shifted to the top. It will shift up after some click ....

Linked icon ? On which account is this ?
Is this the sim account ? Or local "my contacts" ?
or any other kind of contact account ?
The scaling on: if "hide status bar" enabled.

thanks, the probem is: that LinkedIn is not on stock android system, so the icon is missing. i must take a look, if we can implement the icon without adding the whole devel API for linkedIn to DWC (don'T want that DWC will grow to 2MB - only to have the linkeIn icon inplace.
(facebook, skype, google, EAS, local, SIM accounts are in stock android implemented.
but, we will do our best for it ...

well, there are 2 bugs reported here ...
the status icon - resize bug still exist ... sorry, we haven'T found a solution for now, but we will spend more time to getting this bug, too
the linkedIn, twitter icons are fixed now in new version

seemsto be fixed in 2.0.6
please try it and approve it (if possible)
