Re size widget

Can the DWP widget be re sized ? It is a bit smaller than the other widgets on my home screen . Also can the text of the widget be edited ? Right now, it says, DW Dialer & DW Contacts, would like to rename them as Dialer & Contacts.

Its size can be adjusted in the Android 4.0.
What is the language you are using?
I think this is a problem of translation.

I have Galaxy S3, Android 4.0.4, but i am unable to adjust the size . I am using English . There is no issue of translation as such, the issue is more of the widgets having a standard look . If, i can adjust the size & rename the widgets, it would be pleasing for the eyes.

Can do a screen shot so that I understand the problem?
Scaling widget by holding down the widget and then release.
