Hi,
I met a question about transfer license to other mail account.
Because I had bought license before,and yesterday I also used
same gmail to buy the new license, but I want to use it by other gmail account in other device,so how could I transfer license to other device using other mail account?

Sorry, Google does not provide a way so that we can do.
A suggestion:
You can in other devices use the same Gmail account to log on. Google Play support for multi-account login.
