Dial Pad Height

What is the default dial pad height? I changed the height and now its is scrunched down. I have tried 0, 180, 250, & 1000 and it still looks the same.

I have received feedback from several users.
Some users by deleting and then re-install to the DWC to solve the problem.
Some users need to clear all the data of the phone, and then re-install.
