I have DW Contacts & Phone Pro version 2.2.5-pro running on Andriod 4.0.3.

When you intitially create a contact you are given the choice of selecting the 'Contact Type' (Phone, Google, etc.).

After saving the contact, at some later time is there a way to edit the 'Contact Type'?
If you select 'Edit Contact' from the menu, the field for 'Contact Type' doesn't appear.
At the moment, it seems the only way to change the 'Contact Type' is to delete the contact and re-enter the data making a new 'Contact Type' selection.

If the editing of the 'Contact Type' cannot happen due to some missing or poor Android code functionality maybe we could have a way in 'Settings' to set the default 'Contact Type'.

DWC did not provide contact editor. Contact the editor you see the system provides.

A suggestion when faced with this problem.
Press and hold the contact in the contact list in the pop-up menu, select More -> Duplicate contact
Then you can contact copied from one account to another account.
Verify that the copied successfully, you can delete the old contacts.
