Dialing a contact after T9 by h/w green button

This is a beautiful dialer, but can you change some things? 
Use-case:
- In the Phone tab, I'm enter the first letters of a contanct name (using T9 mode). For example "GOO" for Google and it will result to "466" in the filter (search) field: http://www.dw-p.net/blog/wp-content/upl ... 50x150.png
- Next, I select one of filtered contact by hardware directional pad and press hardware dial (green) button. The dialer starts to dial "466" number but not the number that corresponds to selected contact.
Is it possible to change this behavior?
Another trouble is that, when I press 'up' button (directional pad) and if there are more contacts that can fit in the visible part of contact list then the contact list scrolls up from its current position.
PS: Device is Docomo (Sharp Aquos Phone) SH-02D.
