problem with limit of sms

Hi, I'm Italian, I wanted to know why the limit stops sending sms to 100 messages. A message appears that says to wait an hour to be able to send new SMS. I tried to raise the limit to 500, but to no avail. Would be enough to send at least 300 text messages simultaneously. Help me, please!

This is a limitation of the Android system.
It prohibits a software to send bulk sms.
