Explanation : New string to translate

We have this string to translate :
The current setting is %s seconds. If talk time is 01:15. The setting is 30 seconds, the charging time will be 01:30; setting is 60 seconds, the charging time will be 02:00.

Can you explain it please, i don't understand.

It is a new option in the call billing time statistics.
It is used to set the minimum call billing time.
Most cases should be 60s
When the talk time is 01:15, will be charged in accordance with the 02:00

If the minimum call cost of time for the 30s
When the talk time is 01:15, will be charged in accordance with the 01:30

Can you hide top line "Remaining free talk time..." and progression line if 0 minute is set in settings please.

If we hide it, maybe users do not know that this feature. What do you think?

I have unlimited phone plan, so i set 0 to "free monthly talk time" option.
So i always have "Remaining free talk time: 0 minutes; daily: 0 minute.", it's unnecessary and use space in stat tab.

And what about "free incoming calls" options. Enable/disable this option do nothing

I want it to work like this.
It will be displayed when the user has just installed DWC, until the user free talk time is set to 0.

free incoming calls：
For example
Month of talk time of a user's
Outgoing: 50 minutes
Incoming: 40 minutes

If this option is turned on
Charging time: 50 minutes
Otherwise: 90 minutes
