I need help changing the language. i have downloaded the language files from the link indicated in about section of the software and i don't know where should i put them.

I have translated to romanian language online and afterwards i've downloaded the translated files but i don't kmow where should them go on my phone so i can use them. In the last version that i have on my phone it does not appear the romanian language in the menu.
