lockscreen & call widget

Hi,
can I see call widget on the lockscreen (screen with ring)?

HTC One V
Android 4.0.3

Sorry, but calling the widget does not appear on the lock screen.

Hello, it seems htc system is somewhat different. There is no good method. Are there any other software can work.
