What happens to the blocked calls? Do they go to voicemail? Do they get a message telling them they are blocked? Does/can the call get forwarded to another number?

This is equivalent to manually hang up your phone.

Hello starbocsi,

as dwp told, it in fact hangs up the phone. Keep in mind that regarding to your phones CPU capability and performance it can take a couple of seconds until this action will take place. So some callers will experience a dial tone (i. e. ringing on the other end) and only then the busy tone is audible.

Of course best would be if the hang up action is performed at once when the call is coming in. Maybe a feature for an upcoming version (or on high performing phones, only).
