Under FAVORITES is a list of frequently contacted that are listed under my favorites. I have done a multi-select from the menu and then using the menu I selected "Remove contact from favorites, however they will simply not be removed. What am I missing?
One other item is after setting the default phone number I add the contact to my favorites, however the phone number added is Mobile when I wanted the default number of/as Home.

Do you mean the default number is automatically changed?
