DW Contacts & Phone Notification

After updating to Android 4.3 I started getting a notification that pops up while I make and receive calls. It says "DW Contacts & Phone is running. Touch for more information or to stop the app." I never used to have this in the notification shade. Is there any way to fix it? Thanks for any help

Background service settings
Enable background data loading

So essentially there is no way to stop it? I have turned that off but it still pops up when I make a call.

Yes, it seems that also need to disable In call widget, to avoid display during a call.
