In call widget doesn't work when receiving a call

Hi,
I have enable “In call widget”, it works when I make the call, bur it doesn't work when receiving a call, what can I do to make it work?

Hello
Are you using one dual SIM phone. Work for one SIM card, one SIM does not work.
