failed to create a shortcut after phone update

Hi,
I have just updated my galaxy S2 . Before that I was able to create these shortcuts for groups with picture as icon and now it is impossible. Can you tell me that is wrong? Thanks for your answer.

Select the desktop to which you would like to add the group shortcut.Ensure that there is available space for the shortcut .......
