In the settings I found an option: Using HD contact picture. (http://wiki.dw-p.net/DWC:Settings#Using ... ct_picture)
How does it work and how to set HD image for the contact?

This requires system support. After the Android 4.0 version. Reset contact picture in the contact editor can improve the resolution.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and i think it doesn't have system support for "HD picture" for contact.
