Show and sort contacts by organisation/name?

When a contact contains a firstname / name and an organisation the name appears in the 1st line and the organisation in the 2nd line in the contact list.
Would it be in some way possible to display the contact list with the "organisation" in the 1st line and the "name" in the 2nd and also sort the contact list by organisation?
