Hello,

The confirmation dialing pane is a great idea to avoid ghost or error calls.
Super feature.

When you turn the option on (like I did) and dialing from car's hands-free via bluetooth
then it waits you validate for starting dialing.

Could it be possible, for bluetooth based dialed numbers to skip confirmation request
without having to disable that feature ?

If your phone is still in your jacket, you can receive calls via bluetooth and
car's handsfree kit but you cannot dial ...

On top of, having to take your mobile in hands, unlock the screen if any and
validate the outgoing call can cause you trouble with police (forbidden when driving).

Good point, but you can set the Automatic Confirmation Delay (immediately below Dialling Confirmation setting) to say 3 secs (as I have done) and then when using the phone in hand you have 3 secs to cancel the call, and in the car a 3 sec wait before it dials. That does not address the problem of "ghost" calls of course, but then completely removing the confirmation pane when a bluetooth connection is detected is going to let them through and maybe that bluetooth connection is not your car interface. Just a suggestion, Devin should be able to answer better than me.

We can determine the current mobile phone mode.
UI_MODE_TYPE_DESK
UI_MODE_TYPE_CAR
UI_MODE_TYPE_NORMAL
Therefore, we can close the "Dial Confirm" in some cases.
This may meet your requirements.

I use the bluetooth connection in my car a lot so I would support closing the confirmation pane when the CAR mode is detected, but make that an option that can be turned ON/OFF please.
