Phone or Skype - individual specification

Hey Y'all -
I was trying to get my phone to automatically do this:
on contact list, i have lots of entries but really only two ways i like to complete the call. if it's a local call (i am in sweden), i want to use the "phone" choice and have the call completed through my local provider (telia). if it's non-local (a USA call for example..), i want to have the call completed through skype.
i know there is a global default for this choice (complete action using - always), but then all calls go through "phone" or skype depending on your selection. i also know you can specify "just once" on the "complete action using", but then this selection needs to be repeated each time.
thus, is there a way to program an individual contact so that it goes to the right service without having to select it each time??
