Amazon Fire Phone - Create Shortcut To Home

Purchased DW Contacts & Phone Pro, version 2.6.8.2, on an Amazon Fire phone. The primary reason for the purchase is to create dial shortcuts to my phone's home screen. I have already attempted to create shortcuts to home for six different contacts but none of them show up on my home screen. Is this a known issue?

Hello
Are you use the default home screen app?
DWC just send a broadcast. Requirements Home program creates a shortcut after receiving the broadcast.

I'm using the regular Fire Phone home screen, the one that came with the phone.

Perhaps it does not implement the corresponding API. Sorry I do not have equipment tested.
