I have 2 SIM phone. And for SIM1 international format of number is used. For second SIM just a domestic format allowed. So, I add two numbers to Contact:
Work1: +380(50)1234567
Work2:(050)1234567
When I assigned SIM1 to Work1 it is also assigned to Work2 and vise versa. Is it possible to assign Work1 to SIM1 and Work2 to SIM2?

I think this is because +38 is the country code you are located. So regardless of dialing that number are the same. We will automatically ignore the country code when binding SIM.
