Lollipop has killed this app

Nexus 5 users got the Lollipop version of Android yesterday. It has killed this the dialer. You get the following message every time you try to access the phone via the little handset widget.
"Unfortunately, DW Contacts & Phone has stopped. OK

What is "little handset widget"?
Are you use last ver 2.8.0.2?
Are you get the option to send an error report it?

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE YESTERDAY UPDATED OF LG G3 WITH LOLIPOP
IN THE PREVIOUS SYSTEM 4.4.2 EVERYTHING WAS OK BUT WITH THIS SYSTEM THE APPLICATION IS NOT WORKING!!!!!

Generate an error report for it? Try uninstalling and then reinstalling. The latest version is 2.9.4.0.
