Dear Support,

I tried to use Automatically send greetings SMS feature and it works fine. Unfortunately it split the SMS to 2 message when the message more than 160 character. In the modern phone, even it is more than 160 characters, it usually do not split it up. Any option to turn of the splitting?

I just tested, the sender is displayed as two messages. However, the recipient is displayed as a message.
I will check if there is a way to avoid.

I will try at my end to check if the recipient get one single message.
