Duplicate call log

Hello, I have two phones. I backed up all call log from device "A" 3 days ago and restored it to device "B". and call statistics options worked fine. but today i backed up again from device "A" and restored it to drive "B". but dw call log showing lots of duplicate call log... and call statistic option showing extra number... if i delete one, the delicate one also get deleted... please fix this... make it check whether there is any duplicate call log....
