DWP

Use for years and DWP are enthusiastic but after switching to Lollipop 5.01 (Note 4) and a Hard Reset (immediately after installation) finding trouble viewing the contact stored on Google.
More precisely:
- Display of contact is always Prefix Name, Surname and Name type: Dr. Mario Rossi;
- KitKat perfect viewing while on Lollipop 5.01, while maintaining the scheme (Dr. John Smith), I see only Dr. Rossi. Mario losing.
Why does this happen?
It's only happened to me?

I see "Mario" only if I access the modification of the contact.

Try
Global settings -> Select name field to show

From Global Settings, Format Name I tried these settings and I got:
Format Name = "First Name" in the display I get contact order Dott. Rossi and Mario NOT;
Format Name = "Before the Last Name": the display I get contact order Dr. Rossi. Mario and NOT;
Format name = "Name": the display I get contact order Dott. Mario Rossi;
Format Name = "Default": the display I get contact order Dott. Mario Rossi

Thank you again, but I solved it.
- I deleted the Google Account;
- I turned off the phone;
- I fully turned on the phone;
- I added the Google account and everything works properly
