Contacts to Display does not show all accounts (Local)

Currently I don't sync my contacts with google. I use Moffice to sync contacts with Outlook on my desktop and the phone. This works great and it updates the Local phone account. Just one problem, the local phone account does not show up in DW Contacts, I purchased, in Contact display filtering. the only accounts that are there are phone Unsynced, google contacts, Moffice. I have no contacts in Moffice.
So, the only contacts that display are the Google account since the Phone unsynced account has only one entry. How does the Local phone account get added to COntact display filtering since it will not display if the account is not listed. I uninstalled and reinstalled and no luck.

Hello
Select all accounts, then you can find them in the "All Contacts" group do?
If you can create a new group and add these contacts to them. So you can see these contacts.
